  Fluorphlogopite Mica as silicate artificial mica crystal is characterized by its transparence, wave-penetrativity, heat-resistance, anticorruption, low loss of high frequency medium, small vacuum deflation, atomic-like cleaning, immunity to impurity, divestibleness, complete cleavage, unagingness, infragility, elasticity, etc, serving as a new material in modern industry and sophisticated technology such as microwave (including millimeter wave), electric apparatus, electronics, aviation, space flight, molecule biology, etc.
  The advantages of Fluorphlogopite Mica are: good penetrativity of light and wave (as good as glass); long time operation at the temperature up to 1100°C; anticorruption of strong acid and alkali and nocuous gases; almost no loss in high frequency medium; 2000-time-smaller vacuum deflation at high temperature than inartificial mica while 1000-time-higher body resistance than inartificial mica.
  Fluorphlogopite Mica is a new substitute of heat-fastness, high frequency and insulation for low performance material as crude mica, polyquatrifluorethene, quartz glass and etc.
  Fluorphlogopite Mica can be used in working conditions as high frequency medium, high temperature vacuum, strong acid and alkali, molecule biology, analysis of the structure of DNA, etc. Applications now having been found include:
  1. It has been employed in the millimeter wave of Ka in hermetic windows of radar antenna feeding system by Nanking the 14th Graduate School of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation, substituting for imports and its cost being cut down ten times.
  2. It has been employed in the C and L microwave in hermetic windows of radar antenna feeding system by Nanking the 14th Graduate School of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation, substituting for low performance material such as polyquatrifluorethene and crude mica, etc, eliminating the indurability and distortiveness of polyquatrifluorethene and the great loss of high frequency medium and low intensity of electrical breakdown of crude mica.
  3. It has been employed in the polarization chip in radar phase shifters by XiAn the 39th Graduate School of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation, substituting low performance material such as quartz glass, metal, etc, and eliminating the fragility of quartz glass and the unadjustability of metal and other problems.
  4. It has been employed as material for the substrates in Atomic Force Microscopy by Research Center for Eco-Environmental Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences, having better cleaning and absorbing less impurities compared to traditional crude mica. In the image observed in the analysis of DNA structure it is 10 times clearer than crude mica.
  In addition, it has found a lot of applications in other fields:
  1. It is widely applied in the observing windows of water gauges in the pressure boiler in the thermal power plant domestically. Compared to traditional crude mica, Fluorphlogopite Mica has better anticorruptibility, durability in longtime wash by hot gas and water, heat-resistance and penetrativity.
  2. It is employed in the observing window of water gauges in the pressure boiler by Japanese.
  3. It is employed as wave chip in Germany.
  In the 180mm×70mm or ∮80, it can be made into various shapes according to customers’ requirements of size. Between 10mm and 0.02mm in thickness, it can be divested according to customers.
